Bringing a whole new meaning to ‘hand painted’

Artist Carla Raads paints exclusively with her hands, helping her to convey emotion onto the canvas. Born and raised on the coast in South Africa, now based by the sea in Lytham St Annes, Carla draws inspiration from Mother Nature, painting seascapes, skyscapes and landscapes.
The brief was to create a logo that represented Carla painting with her hands. Bright, colourful and simple. The name RAADS completes the pinky finger where a finger injury leaves a blank area in the hand print.
